NEWS: Ted Field’s Radar Pictures set to produce Cameron Romero’s ‘Origins’

OriginsRadar Pictures announced today that they are now on board to produce writer and director Cameron Romero’s action horror ‘Origins’. The film’s story is created and developed by Cameron who will also direct based on a screenplay co-written by himself with Darrin Reed and Bryce C. Campbell. Radar’s Ted Field (Amityville Horror, Texas Chainsaw Massacre) is set to produce the high-octane genre film along with Aldo LaPietra, Bryce C. Campbell, Darrin Reed, and Cameron Romero. Executive producing for Radar is Mike Weber and Thomas van Dell. NEWS: Image Entertainment takes North American Rights to Jack Heller’s ‘Dark was the Night’

Dark was the NightImage Entertainment has acquired the North American distribution rights for Caliber Media’s ‘Dark was the Night’, directed by Jack Heller (Enter Nowhere) after the film’s premiere at ScreamFest in Los Angeles and subsequent screening at the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s Scary Movies, New York’s top genre film festival.
