NEWS: Three 4K Trailers and One Clip Released for Steve Wolsh’s ‘Muck’

4K video, also referred to as Ultra HD or UHD, seems to be the latest craze in the industry. Everybody is talking a bout it but, quite frankly, the opinions are mixed. While some, especially hardware manufacturers and platform providers insist it is the next big thing to revolutionize the market, others see it go down the same route as the latest revival attempt of the last big thing: 3D. Who is right and who is wrong remains to be seen over the next couple of years. Google owned Youtube never the less took the plunge into the depths of 4K earlier this year, adding the format to their resolution choices. Based on the royalty free VP9 codec that consumes considerably less data that other commercial ones. Actually watching this content is where the catch lies. Your hardware has to be capable of displaying 4K video and, guess what, most hardware out there is not. If you do have the right equipment, this one is for you: We have three trailer, including one red band, and a clip from Steve Wolsh’s forthcoming slasher horror ‘Muck’ inside for you.

Filled with practical effects and incredible stunts without any CGI, Muck is a dark and twisted 80s throwback that comes complete with the scary and sexy one-two punch of horror legend Kane Hodder and Playboy Playmate of the Year Jaclyn Swedberg.
