The Philip K. Dick Science Fiction Film Festival will be returning to New York City for its fifth annual event from March 15 to March 19, 2017. The festival is now accepting submissions in science fiction, fantastic, horror, supernatural, speculative and metaphysical feature and short films and alternative forms of storytelling through virtual reality and new media.
