The release of the Australian horror slasher ‘Charlie’s Farm’ from the mind of author and director Chris Sun (Daddy’s Little Girl, Come and Get Me) is still some time out, the producers are currently eyeing June 1, 2015, for the domestic release Down Under, but there is some big news about the film and its creator: International sales agents, distributors and talent managers Shoreline Entertainment are set to pick up ‘Charlie’s Farm’ and put the film in every country around the globe. They are also going to manage the career for Australian author and director Chris Sun.
In an effort to do something different, four friends head into Australia’s outback to explore Charlie’s Farm, the site where a violent family met their end at the hands of an angry mob. Despite all warnings, they persist in their horror-seeking adventure.
Once there, the four friends meet other transients and find Charlie’s Farm to be anything but horror inspiring. They are unaware that they are being watched.
While exploring the property to prove the myth, they encounter Charlie, who shows them that some legends never die.
‘Charlie’s Farm’ starrs Australian strongman and actor Nathan Jones, Cameron Caufield, as well as American genre icons Bill Moseley and Kane Hodder alongside Tara Reid. Domestic release in Australia is anticipated for June 1, 2015, further territories should be announced at a later date.
