The official trailer and poster for Joshua Oram and Kerry Bellessa’s found footage suspense thriller ‘Amber Alert’ have been released. When a group of friends decides to follow a car they’ve seen posted on an Amber Alert, things start to go very wrong.
The film follows best friends Nate and Samantha, who stumble upon the car described in an Amber Alert while filming their audition video for a popular reality television show. With police slow to respond, the two friends fight to stop a possible child molester before it’s too late.
‘Amber Alert’ was directed by Kerry Bellessa and is a co-production between Underground Films and Bluefields Entertainment. The film, which was co-written by Joshua Oram, stars Summer Bellessa, Chris Hill and Jasen Wade. Kerry and Summer Bellessa produced the film along with Trevor Engelson, with Oram and Nicholas Osborne executive producing. Wrekin Hill who aanounced the acquisition of North American rights back in May, plans to release ‘Amber Alert’ day and date in theaters and on VOD in early Fall 2012.
